Prairie Hop is our hop driven saison. This beer is packed with Simcoe and Citra hops. Notes of peach, mango, and tangerine can be found in the flavor and aroma of this beer. The beer finishes dry which helps the hops jump out of the glass flavor wise.

Chances are good you've not had a Mild Ale. Reason? The times-they-are-a-changin. Mild Ale is a fine drinkin ale- it is meant to be consumed absolutely fresh- but it has by today's standards a very low ABV which has unfortunately is not as sexy as that 7.2% late hopped uberkool IPA everybody is talking about. Thats fine. Mild Ale don't care. Guess What? Dig on its tawny brown color! Its subtle First Gold Hop note! Herbs! Caramel! Roast! Yeast you can TASTE! All in a 3.9% ABV package. I tell you what. If this doesn't catch on like it first did in the 17th Century I'll eat my rotary phone. (note: I will not eat my phone)
This beer brings together tow of our favorite ingredients; hops and rye - serious hops up front provide a pungent, floral, and citrus character. We use centennial, Columbus, and Cascades in this hop lovers dream. The rye provides a slightly spicy flavor and a full mouth-feel. Divided Sky pours straw in color with notes of tangerine, grapefruit, and pine. Drink fresh!

our delicious interpretation of the berliner style comes just in time for summer. Hopfentea paris well with light appetizers fish and high humidity.
iO Saison is the latest release to capture the hearts of art and artisan beer lovers alike, following last year’s introduction Ale Absurd – a rye triple ale. Drawn in by the historic elegance of the label design and then held tight by the rapture of flavors, iO will be released in limited quantities, appropriately just in time for Valentine’s Day. She is brewed in a lovely fashion, with rose hips, rose petals and hibiscus. Yet, don’t be easily deceived by her looks, for like love – she can be oh so dangerous.
AON is an Ipa that has everything you could want in one, if what you want is a hop sandwich. It's a 7.1% Simcoe and Columbus delight.
