A Unique Dry-Hopped Sweet Tart Sour Mash Ale
Petrus Aged Pale begins as a hoppy golden ale, and then is aged for 24-30 months in large oak vats which contain souring cultures. The end result is a deep golden ale with aromas of unripe stone fruit, oak, and white wine. It is noticeably acidic and finishes with a round, dry tartness. This is an exceptional Flemish sour ale.
The absolute top quality in the hierarchy of the St. Bernardus beers. It is also the beer with the highest alcohol content (10.50 %). A dark ivory coloured beer with a high fermentation. The show piece of the brewery. Thanks to its soft and unconditionally genuine aroma, the beer can be smoothly tasted. The Abt has a very fruity flavour.

Unfiltered Marzen-style that is still pretty clear in appearance but with a slightly rounder mouthfeel.
Brewmaster Matt Brynildson went to the mountain and returned with a vision for a different kind of Session IPA, one that would be brewed and dry hopped with a globetrotting selection of new hop varieties from Europe, New Zealand and North America. He foresaw a beer that would deliver massive hop aromas, a signature malt balance and an empty glass before you knew what hit you. And so the newest member of our Jack IPA family was born.
We pay homage to the American novelist, Eleanor Porter, who introduced “Pollyanna” to the world way back in 1913. Eleanor is a full-bodied and layered, robust porter brewed with Belgian caramel malts, American chocolate malts, German hops, and English yeast. This beer is heavy on the rich, dark chocolates with lots of caramelized raisins and caramel, but perfectly balanced with a distinct coffee flavor and moderate hop bitterness.

This brew sits firmly in the English Barley Wine class. We have a lot of lean and hot beers in our barrel program, so we formulated a beer to sit on the sweeter and malty side so that we could utilize it as a blending piece. We used brown sugar from Mexico that has wonderful molasses flavors that are reminiscent of Belgian candi sugar. It has a full body and lush texture. There is barrel expression all over this beer: toasted oak, coconut, leather and cigar tobacco. This is a beer that we will brew again for future blends. Draft only, extremely limited.
A well-balanced Blonde Ale dry-hopped with Mosaic for a touch of fruitiness.

Ayinger Oktober Fest Märzen has a deep golden color tinted with amber. It is lightly sweet with a malty nose balanced with floral hops. Its medium to big body and alcohol is not overpowering. The soft dryness comes from long maturation.
